One invoice per calendar yearOnly the months left until 31 December (a started month counts as a full month).
Easy renewalInvoice sent in December, to be paid by bank transfer before 31 January.
No bad surprisesWithout payment, your club becomes read-only: you can still view and export your documents, and everything is back to normal as soon as payment is received. A club that has never paid is deleted 60 days after the free month ends, after two e-mail warnings.
